Goetta Biscuit Sliders

1 can of flaky buttermilk biscuits
1 lb goetta
1 lb cheddar cheese (slices)

Place biscuits on a baking tray and bake according to the package instructions. The biscuits need to be ready before the goetta is finished cooking. You will only want to move the goetta one time or it will begin to fall apart.
Slice the goetta into patties. In a pan over medium heat, cook the patties until crispy and cooked in the middle. Remove pan from heat.
Slice the biscuits in half, add a slice of goetta and top with cheese. Add other half of biscuit.
